Sport & Recreation Training - Overview

Welcome to our suite of qualifications that we deliver within the Sport and Recreation industry.

As a sector, Sport and Recreation is a growing and exciting one. There are career and development opportunities for all. We offer the full range of Apprenticeship,NVQ and Industry Short Courses that will meet both individual and business requirements.

All of our apprenticeships programmes are designed and approved by the Skills Active Sector Skills Council andare awarded by City and Guilds, CYQ and 1st4Sport.

Our short courses will provide training for key duties within the Leisure industry.

The sub sectors to the right will give you useful information and advice on careers pathways within the sector.

Sport & Recreation Training - Funding

Funding is available to those who meet certain eligibility for our Apprenticeships and Train to Gain listings.

Apprenticeships require a number of qualifications to be completed to complete their framework.

NVQs are individually fundable under Train to Gain or can be paid for directly by the learner or employer when not. Please call us to discuss these options.
